Coaching Sessions
Due to the time and preparation involved in delivering personalised coaching services:
Coaching sessions are non-refundable once delivered.
Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled.
Sessions cancelled within 24 hours or missed without notice are non-refundable.
In exceptional circumstances, discretion may be applied on a case-by-case basis.
Coaching Packages
If you purchase a multi-session package:
No refunds are provided once the first session has been completed.
Remaining sessions must be used within [Insert timeframe – e.g., 3 or 6 months].
Unused sessions after expiry are forfeited.
Digital Products
Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products (including journals, planners, workbooks, and printable resources):
All digital product sales are final.
No refunds or exchanges are provided.
